International Shipping and Ordering Requirements
Call Client Relations at 1-800-627-7271 for a list of International Distributors.
- Prepayment is required by credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express), Bankdraft or Check before an order is shipped.
- An exact address, local telephone number and a contact person must be clearly stated to ship the order.
- A qualification form must be on file with Pearson Assessments or completed and returned (someone at the organization must be qualified at or above the level of the tests ordered A, B, C, etc.) before an order will be processed and shipped.
- The product number and description must be stated along with the quantity of each item being ordered.
- Each order will be charged a $25.00 special handling charge plus the charges stated in our catalog.
- International customers will be responsible for all customs/duties.
