University Alliance Program Terms and Conditions
- The UAP applies to accredited degree-granting academic training settings and university-based clinics with a valid ADPTC (Association of Directors of Psychology Training Clinics) membership in the United States.
- Practicum and internship settings are not eligible for the UAP.
- The UAP offers a 40% discount* on test materials and scoring services (applicable to all quantity level prices) to approved UAP members.
Note: Due to Pearson’s recent acquisition and current integration of the former PsychCorp, the University Alliance Program’s complimentary program will be temporarily out of service. However, registered Pearson university partners can continue to place orders for assessments and ancillary materials at the 40% university discount. - Products that Pearson distributes but does not publish do not qualify for the UAP*. Please see the complete list of eligible products in the drop-down menus on this website.
- The teaching professional or clinic director must meet the Pearson user qualification requirements for the tests requested under the UAP. For more information, please visit PearsonAssessments.com/forms/levels.htm.
- The reproduction or translation of tests is prohibited under the UAP.
- For Q Local™ software, the annual license fee will be waived permanently (lifetime waiver) as long as the software is being used under the UAP.
- Retroactive UAP requests are not honored. Returns, credits, or exchanges are subject to our standard policies.
- Shipping charges apply and will be calculated based on the discounted total (this includes standard, expedited, and other shipping charges) on orders for 40% discounted items.
* Listed below are the test products that qualify for the UAP. If you are ordering a “kit” for a test, please note that the 40% discount can not be applied to all “kits.”
