Campbell interest and skill survey: orientation code

Each occupation has a one-, two-, or three-letter Orientation code. Pay particular attention to occupations with a code that matches an Orientation Scale categorized as Pursue, Explore, or Develop on your report. These occupations are the ones that you are most likely to find satisfying.

For example, if the your highest Orientation score indicates you should explore occupations in the Organizing category, look for occupations that have an O (for Organizing) in the Orientation Code column.
