NNAT3 uses pictorial directions and requires no spoken or written language. These features make it particularly useful for identifying gifted and talented students with unique challenges such as English Language Learners (ELLs), students with dyslexia, or twice exceptional students. NNAT3 seamlessly assesses the general ability of your entire student population, regardless of their motor skills, or hearing ability. The test also identifies students whose economic or social circumstances may have limited their acquisition of knowledge and verbal skills.

Automated scoring and reporting

The NNAT3 can be scored and reported:

  • Online directly when assessed online.
  • Paper and pencil tested and sent to Pearson Scoring Center.  
  • Hand-scored and Key Entry service directly to the scoring and reporting platform.
  • Hand-scored

Student reports include:

  • An explanation of NNAT3 and how the student performed
  • Critical score data noted with graphical representations
  • Online reporting with a print-on-demand option 

Clear and concise reports for parents:
