Millon Adolescent Clinical Inventory-II: Assessing Externalizing and Internalizing Patterns Webinar (Recording)

The psychological assessment field has typically categorized child and adolescent behavioral, emotional, and/or social concerns into the two broad areas of externalizing and internalizing conditions. While this distinction is important, the new Millon Adolescent Clinical Inventory-II (MACI-II) can augment the evaluation process by providing valuable insights into an adolescent’s emerging personality type — one of the key contexts within which these conditions are often manifested.

This webinar will provide more than a simple overview of the MACI-II. Dr. Tringone will review comparisons with its predecessor and other self-report measures while highlighting relevant normative data and trends. Additionally, two case examples will illustrate how identifying an adolescent’s personality type can enhance one’s understanding of behavior patterns and mood states while formulating treatment plans.
