Feelings of anxiety play both protective and restrictive roles. As we return to school, we are likely to encounter students who present with feelings of anxiety. It is important to know some easy best practices to aid with the back-to-school transition. Likewise, it is important to recognize when unresolved anxiety meets the level of disability and may require more intensive intervention.
