The DASH-2 is a newly revised, comprehensive measure of handwriting speed for students ages 8 to 25 years. The webinar will provide an overview of the rationale and content of the test from authors Dr. Anna Barnett and Dr. Sheila Henderson, including a description of the quantitative and qualitative data the test offers to professionals working with students with handwriting difficulties. The authors will then be joined by Dr. Virginia Berninger for a discussion regarding practical applications of the DASH-2 and complementary tools, such as the Process Assessment of the Learner-2nd Edition (PAL-II), when working with students with handwriting difficulties, drawing on Dr. Berninger’s longstanding research.
