Growth Scale Values (GSVs)
Scales that accurately measure change over time
Many of our assessments have the capability to develop Growth Scale Values (GSVs) which are more accurate and sensitive to performance than a raw score.
GSVs:
- Measure change relative to the examinee rather than the general population
- Are a linear translation of the Rasch Ability Scale
- Can be used for multi-point test items
