Adelle E. Forth, PhD

Adelle E. Forth, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Psychology and a member of the Institute of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Carleton University in Ottawa. Her work over the past 15 years encompasses both basic and applied research in risk assessment and psychopathy.

Dr. Forth has collaborated with Dr. Hare on the development of the Hare Psychopathy Checklist-Revised (PCL-R) and is the author of many chapters and scientific articles on psychopathy. She is also a co-author of the violence risk assessment instrument — Structured Assessment of Violence Risk in Youth.
