Rashonda’s dedication to providing her customers with an excellent experience extends well beyond the bounds of answering their questions and taking their order. To her, each interaction is a chance to connect with them and truly listen to their needs. She takes the time to make her customers feel welcome and their needs important — and she does it all with a smile. Ellen was introduced to assessments through her work as a guidance counselor. She quickly realized that without assessment, you may not realize that an adolescent may be struggling in silence with depression, or not working to their full potential. When she’s not providing superior customer support to customers like you, she’s an avid DIY-er and lives every day by the motto, “bloom where you’re planted”.
