    If I use the BSCE as part of the WMS-IV, do I need to purchase BCSE NU when I upgrade to the new WMS-5?

    The WMS-5 kits contain the necessary materials to administer and score the BCSE NU; a separate BCSE is not necessary for use with WMS-5.

    Is the BCSE NU record form and response booklet integrated with the WMS-5 record forms and response booklet?

    Yes. Like the WMS-IV, the WMS-5 record forms and response booklet contain the BCSE NU as an optional mental status screener.
